“We had a great stay at this property. The location is fantastic for exploring LA, and it really can't be beat if you're going to Universal. The street parking was never a problem - we got a space within a 1/4 block of the house each time. The host provided extremely detailed and helpful instructions for everything - much appreciated! The house itself is, as other reviews have noted, more "vintage" than "luxury" - "dated" is not inaccurate. But the price is totally reasonable for what you are……

“The stay was great. Perfect location and enjoyable walk around the block. The only thing I recommend is bringing your own pillow. The pillows for sleeping were big and VERY firm. ”

The pool & hot tub provided endless entertainment for our three young kids & a relaxing escape for our whole family. Great neighborhood & location. Logan & Kat are accommodating & responsive hosts.”

The host required multiple proofs of ID before sending a checkin code after we were already at the property and after already going through additional steps of completing a host-requested additional form to validate the VRBO ID process, which we had done days in advance. We waited for over an hour outside the property for a reply to our code requests and then, once we received a reply, we still had……
