“The place is exactly like the listing. If you’re looking for a place in Pasadena this is a good option. Only thing that caused an issue is that we parked our car inside the garage that is shared with the neighbors left the garage key in the car and then the neighbors locked the back door at night and the listing owner stated that there is no key and the car was stuck there for the night. “Freeway goes right by and also there was construction going on across the street. The kitchen is very nice but minimally outfitted. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. Overall a good spot in a good central location. ”

“A warm and gracious welcome by Dmitry, the homeowner, set the stage for a lovely stay. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood on a street nestled in the foothills. Abundant wildlife, flora and majestic trees adorn the property. We slept most comfortably, and it was such a treat to be provided delicious Illy coffee (via Keurig machine) and bottled water. “This place is in a great location and plenty big enough for a family to stay. Pretty central to everything including Griffith Park and Universal Studios. Also super close to Downtown and Little Tokyo which the kids loved. Garage parking was super convenient and the owner was reachable and friendly. Check in and check out were a breeze!”

“This property has a lot of character and was the perfect size for 3 adults. The check in process was simple and we appreciated that when the property was ready we received notification inviting us to check in early. I had a few questions and received very quick responses. The neighborhood was ok. Lots of bars on windows gives it a certain vibe. And it was kind of noisy on some nights. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.”

“Loved the house! Super well appointed and beautifully decorated. The host was super quick to respond and very accommodating. The only thing that is a little confusing is that the property is listed as being in Burbank and it’s really in VanNuys. The street is very nice though. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Because there are outdoor rooms, there were some bugs in the rooms, but no spiders, just like little bugs. We immediately enjoyed some ping pong and mini golf, my 3 year old niece had so much fun before we even got to the park. The house is so close to Universal Studios, it is a perfect place to stay when going there. Our only trouble this stay was one of the rooms had a keypad lock that we couldn't get open. "Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
