The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance. The property is well designed, light, spacious, comfortable and the proximity to both Mailibu and Santa Monica makes this convenient, private home excellent for travellers. ”

“Property was very nice! I had some difficulty initially getting access but the owner was in regular contact with me. Honestly, I think that is really important and helpful - that the owner was willing to communicate and help with guidance to access the unit. Which turned out to be very simple! We just had a miscommunication. The unit was spacious and very nice. And, for being located on a somewhat busy street, was also very quiet. Be sure to park in the driveway and not on the street! This……

“This little gem is a perfect two bedroom in LA -- clean and a simple walk to Whole Foods, drug store and restaurants. We loved it! Very quiet and secluded feeling, and the hosts were fantastic to communicate with and responsive to questions about early check in and late check out. Loved it. Five stars.”
