“This is a wonderful place to stay, with a most helpful and accessible host! Everything went perfectly when we stayed at Bernice's house. It was clean, quiet, and so very beautiful. I'll be staying here again! ”

“Loved the house! Super well appointed and beautifully decorated. The host was super quick to respond and very accommodating. The only thing that is a little confusing is that the property is listed as being in Burbank and it’s really in VanNuys. The street is very nice though. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Because there are outdoor rooms, there were some bugs in the rooms, but no spiders, just like little bugs. We immediately enjoyed some ping pong and mini golf, my 3 year old niece had so much fun before we even got to the park. The house is so close to Universal Studios, it is a perfect place to stay when going there. Our only trouble this stay was one of the rooms had a keypad lock that we couldn't get open. Thankfully the host was so kind and……

“My honey and I had an amazing stay. We appreciated the host's clear communication when arriving and appreciated all the privacy we had. We were in town for a wedding and had a lot of running around to do. It was so nice to come back to a place that was warm, quiet, peaceful and felt like our little hideaway home home. ”

“We were VERY pleased with this stay. Had originally planned to go out for the evening but we had such a great set-up between the pool table/game room, open backyard area, hot tub, and music system throughout the house that we had more fun hanging at the property. Cleanliness and convenience were excellent. 100% recommended.”

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
