“First off, the property is gated. I really love the extra security and privacy it offered to me and my family. Secondly, the spa, bonfire was a huge hit! My dog especially felt comfortable, being able to roam around as needed to stretch her legs out. Overall, I was impressed with the stay and plan to stay again in the near future. ”

“The location of this beautiful Penthouse property was ideal for our stay in Studio City. Directions were very helpful and I appreciated the immediate contact from James and facetime greeting. Flowers and wine were an extra nice touch as a welcome . This home had every ammentity possible. "We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
