“I booked this house for my middle-aged son, who was accompanied and assisted by a friend/caregiver because he was having surgery at a nearby hospital. All my communications with John, the property manager, were prompt and helpful. I did not see the house, but my son was impressed by its beauty and cleanliness. However, they had one complaint. They did not notice the small second half-bathroom until the morning of their departure. The door was so inconspicuous they had assumed it was a closet.……
