“We absolutely loved Evan’s home! It was a sanctuary! Evan was so responsive and a wonderful host!! ”

“The property is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Because there are outdoor rooms, there were some bugs in the rooms, but no spiders, just like little bugs. We immediately enjoyed some ping pong and mini golf, my 3 year old niece had so much fun before we even got to the park. The house is so close to Universal Studios, it is a perfect place to stay when going there. Our only trouble this stay was one of the rooms had a keypad lock that we couldn't get open. Thankfully the host was so kind and……

“It was a nice place to stay, unique and interesting architecture and layout. I will say the listing made it seem as though the pool and jacuzzi are included and yours to use but they are shared and there is a fee to use/heat. The footsteps of the residents above can be easily heard. Overall was a nice stay and clean property with a welcoming bottle of wine.”

“House was cozy furniture looks good but couch is getting older could use replacing. Pool not really heated has solar heater, but just too cold to swim except summer. And overall what we excepted and was cozy and charming. Would come back. ”

“The location of this property is perfect, whole foods and Starbucks within walking distance, a shopping mall, and restaurants. The property is also a perfect location for all the tourists attractions. The accommodation was lovely, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a family. We can’t recommend this place enough, and Ella was the perfect host. ”

“We had a great stay at this property. The location is fantastic for exploring LA, and it really can't be beat if you're going to Universal. The street parking was never a problem - we got a space within a 1/4 block of the house each time. The host provided extremely detailed and helpful instructions for everything - much appreciated! The house itself is, as other reviews have noted, more "vintage" than "luxury" - "dated" is not inaccurate. But the price is totally reasonable for what you are……

“Our family had such a nice stay at Logan & Kat’s beautiful guest home. The yard is absolutely gorgeous, relaxing, & serene. The pool & hot tub provided endless entertainment for our three young kids & a relaxing escape for our whole family. Great neighborhood & location. Logan & Kat are accommodating & responsive hosts.”

“Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood and an excellent location, just a short drive to Universal Studios! The home was well-equipped with plenty of kitchen amenities and very comfortable beds. The property manager was incredibly responsive, which made our stay even smoother.A couple of minor drawbacks: the pool and jacuzzi couldn’t be heated at the same time, which was a bit inconvenient, and the fireplaces required manual lighting rather than a simple switch, which I wasn’t comfortable……

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Hosts are very considerate, every detail was taken care of. Prepare for a true ranch life with animals, beautiful country setting. House is a gem of true ranch vibe. Working piano, guitar, TV.Very comfortable amenities, full kitchen and clean bathrooms. Enjoyed jacuzzi and a night fire.We wil be back.”
