“I really enjoyed the proximity to shopping and restaurants. It felt like a safe building with lots of young professionals in it. It had a nice study area where I could work remotely. It also had air conditioning so was very comfortable even on the hot days. I loved being locked in to the courtyard and the parking garage immediately so I could take my time getting up to the apartment and I felt very safe. The location is right next to buses and Metro and four short blocks to the beach/pier.”

“This was a charming house with plenty of room for four adults. Furnishings were comfortable and decor was beautiful. I had a telehealth appointment while sitting at the dining room table and my doctor said, “Your home is exquisite!” It was immaculately clean, every surface was spotless. There were many thoughtful touches like cold drinks in the refrigerator and toiletries including toothpaste. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were pleasant.
