“Property very nice, however overall experience poor. Host was unaccommodating and difficult to reach. Advertised incorrectly. Booked because of hot tub which we could not use the first two nights we were there because she said the pool guy had to heat it up. The other couple used it earlier that day. Had no idea we would be sharing with another couple and that host lived there. The other couple also thought the same. They had to enter our room to get to their bedroom because no expectation was……

“The unit itself is incredibly nice. Clean, large bathroom, small dining table and overall ample space for 2 people. The location is amazing — felt safe walking back at night, walking distance to a lot of food options and even a target. Would definitely rent again!”

“Loved the property! It felt like a home away from home. Small, but just right. Lovely interior along with a lots of small things to offer! Such as the shopping, food and free k-cups for coffee which saved some money every morning ;) When planning my next trip to Santa Monica, I’ll be sure to make sure your place is available for stay prior to anything else. “I can’t recommend this place enough. Even better than we expected. Really well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. We cooked dinner and prepared breakfast but could easily have walked to so many cafe and restaurant options around us. Supermarkets around the corner and a gym and swimming pool nearby. Absolutely great!!”

“We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. ”
