“This review is for the house we stayed in Winnetka, where they had to move due to plumbing issues which was outstanding already, they could’ve canceled our booking and we would’ve struggled due to the time constraints, she gave us the option but was positive about making it work. We were happy we decided to keep the reservation. Check in was a breeze. Everything was exactly the same as the original listing. The house was phenomenal. “Quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet. The property itself has everything we could possibly need or want. It was clean. We felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay there anytime we needed to return to the area.”

“SUch a beautiful view greet you as you walk in - all you see and hear is ocean. Very comfortable - you have many places to sit and relax. Lots of room and a great kitchen area. It's easy to be relaxed when all you hear is the ocean. I loved that the bedroom as AC, because it got a little hot in the summer but it was very comfortable to sleep. The hosts answered any questions and requests quickly, which was appreciated.”

“This house was amazing and perfect for our stay. We came to CA for Universal and it was easy to get there a get back ourselves and by Uber. The house has everything you need plus some and Rich is a great host. He is Super responsive and respectful. We look forward to coming back each year. Thank you”

“We stayed at this property for 3 weeks during our displacement from the fire in Altadena. The home is beautiful, roomy, cozy, well supplied, and just a pleasure to come home to during a really stressful time. The owner/manager was very pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal and close to shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay again under more pleasant circumstances. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.”

“I was in need of a rental home for 3 weeks. I could not have found a better home and host than right here. The communication was stellar throughout. The house has an incredible sense of remote rustic feel while being very close to Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, etc. I loved the ease of commute to LA where I was needed on business a few times. The back patio in mornings and evenings, the open air vibe with the sliding doors open in the cool CA air - all create an amazing atmosphere. I love to cook……

“We rented this property for spring break for a week, there were 11 of us and several family came over for dinners. Plenty of outdoor space and it was as pictured. The games outside and pool were perfect and as listed. The beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the extra sheets and towels with all the kids. The property needed a few things but the manager was very responsive and got them for us right away. The kitchen was a little sparsely stocked when cooking for at least 11 but we made do.……
