“was very nice place, clear instructions for checking in and what to do upon checking out. there’s a little grocery store like 20 feet away when you walk out the door so that was quite convenient. good communication with host, answered any questions we had during our stay. wifi a little spotty for youtube but netflix works good. there wasn’t a microwave when we stayed but that forced us to actually cook our own dinners for once which i think added to the experience. the little patio with the……

“I loved staying here. i was surprised to see a note as i walk in stating volume buttons on the tv do not work. Upon further investigation, the TV has a heavy layer of dust on it. It is a plasma from 2012. As a tech geek i hate that the TV is so outdated. As a consumer i dont like that nothing about the TV was said in the listing. Outside of that, the stay was magnificent. 1 star taken away because there was no prior communication about a broken tv, ”

“Great stay. We spent the week in Pasadena for the Rose Bowl parade and football game. Having this pool house to come back to each day made the trip that much better. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. My kids loved the hot tub and my wife loved the fireplace in the house. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back.”

My only issue was the scent level. Too much artificial scent in the house causing several of us to have minor allergic reactions when we first arrived.
