“The property was located in a very good area and the property manager was very responsive. ”

“Property is located in a nice area. Our biggest problem, and the reason we left early, was that the bed was rock hard. Property manager claims its a medium matress, but as someone who grew up around a furniture store that sells mattresses and sleeps on a medium mattress at home, either he was lied to or he doesn't know what he is talking about. “We had a good stay overall — the house is spacious, well-located, and has a lot of potential. The common areas were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the amenities. That said, there are a few things that could use attention. Most notably, the beds were uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. A few maintenance issues also need to be addressed to improve the experience. With some updates, this could be an excellent rental.”
