“Worked out great for us”

“The host was an excellent communicator- she was always available to answer our questions or attend to our needs. The place was clean and organized. The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable- it was painful to go to sleep. The kitchen was stocked with small appliances and utensils- but the glassware was limited (2 coffee cups and 3 small glass tumblers). Off-street parking was convenient. “So the the stay was really nice. The place is very clean, everything looks new and ultra modern with the latest appliances. The location is around retail stores, fast food restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations, very convenient. Look forward to my next stay when Im in town again. Hughly recommended ”

“The rental is not a house but an apartment. The complex is not great and smells odd.That said, the space was clean enough and more or less as described. The parking structure is a challenge to find and a nuisance to get to.Details to access the unit and parking were not proactively provided, so I had to request the information.After some interaction with the property manager, the representative became unresponsive and very difficult to reach. Unfortunately, two of the three climate control……

“Overall, the place was as described and the host was very responsive. The place was very spacious and had sufficient amenities. It could have been cleaner as it was a bit dusty and the bathroom tiles were not cleaned properly and had mold in it.”

“Rental was great. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable family room for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the laundry in the unit. Parking was easy. Bathroom shower off the hallway has a bad leak and the floor was soaked. Love the location, we could walk to Starbucks and many fun restaurants. ”

“Very nice place and nice gated neighborhood. Worked perfectly for what we needed it for ”

“We arrived in California on January 7 and got off to a rocky start with the high winds and fires in Pasadena causing bad air quality and some evacuations. We had to delay our move in because of this but the property manager was easy to work with and responsive. We appreciate the refund for some of our time missed. The location is excellent and we were quite comfortable. There are some issues with the property- dishwasher was broken when we arrived, curtains in some rooms were also broken, and an……
