“La atencion estuvo muy buena, la zona es segura. El personal ayudo mucho en la estadia. Regresaria cuando lo necesite otra vez”

“My stay was great. But I was surprised when I booked 2 rooms, I had to pay for an extra person. I assumed since I booked 2 rooms, the 4 members of my family and baby can stay comfortably in the rooms. But, being forced to pay for 1 member of my family was a surprise. Can you clarify why that was? ”

“Very friendly staff, very clean good area, very close to a long stretch of parks on the river. About 10 minutes walk to Mall del Rio, that has shopping and restaurants.it costs about 5 dollars for a taxi ride from the airport..”

“NaturHotel is very beautiful and totally a game changer in the hotel category. Such a beautiful place, scenery and if you come to relax in Cuenca, Ecuador; a must see place to stay.. However, here are just some flaws.. service request takes forever to come. There are only a few units so the service should be fast. I understand that the concept is “one with nature”, at least put a mirror?! It was a good stay.. would i come back? Yes! Just don’t expect too much..”

“El lugar es fiel a las fotos, las camas son cómodas, hay mucha seguridad para entrar al hospedaje y queda cerca del shopping de Cuenca, me gustó la estancia, no me quejo.”

“The toilet was not working the bathtub was not good I have to call them for the service was terrible to fix the toilet and the breakfast very small the same menu ”

“Pleasant reception at the front desk. Room had no soap or shampoo products in the shower, and no glasses available. Window blinds were stained, not pretty. Breakfast was mediocre. ”
