“Nice outdoor areas, comfortable rooms, cozy chimneys. The staff very atentive.”

“Best hotel in the Otavalo area, with an outstanding view and a very caring service. The fireplace was a particularly nice touch that you don't often find in hotels. While the location and the staff cannot be faulted, the hotel clearly need some renovations in the spa and common areas. Also the rooms could do with a bit more equipment (although the staff did provide everything we asked for). The two local guardian dogs Mia and Tia are incredibly friendly, and the surrounding area is very nice……

“We loved the every night's get-together at the Horse Bar with live music and drinks. Very cosy with a fire place. I did a 2-hours trail ride which was fun. The horses were in excellent condition. I did not like that they kept the saddle on the horse back the entire day while waiting for riders. Other than that everything was a wonderful experience.”
