“I appear to be the first person who stayed in this condo to write a review. The 9.6 rating is from "similar" properties. Not my experience. The sign up and check-in was messy and unprofessional. The online "host' would not give me the address of the place -- even the day before our arrival. I had to call Great Dwellings headquarters in NY to put me in contact with the manager in San Jose de Cabo. He sent me a pin to a google map that lead to the wrong location! “We had 7 people in our group, including one 8yo boy. Everyone had an amazing and relaxing time! The view is absolutely spectacular. We were able to see whales breaching all day long while we relaxed by the pool with a cocktail or read a good book on the upper deck area. There were also a couple adventures we decided to take including a ziplining adventure that was the highlight of my son's trip. What an absolutely perfect week we spent in this house. “Wonderful property located on beautiful Costa Azul beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. They warned us about the noise from the locals on the beach but we didn't think it was too bad. The property is set up very nicely with pool and beach location. A wonderful space to spend time with family on the beach in Mexico! A few sugar ants were sharing the space with us but the property was clean and Victor checked us in and out seamlessly. We look forward to visiting again!”

“House needs to be gutted inside!!! It is an old, broken down, unkept house with disgusting kitchen, worn out floors and furniture, BBQ was rusted and did not work, no live TV. A streamer was sent to us after a month for one of the TVs but still no live TV programming. No TV in 2nd bedroom. Cupboards falling off their hinges, shelving falling apart, leaking taps in bathroom and kitchen (this was fixed after we complained), no glass glasses except for wine, we had to buy some!!!
