“The views were truly the best! The property was very clean and the management and security were very friendly and helpful. Juan Carlos met us when we arrived and was great explaining the property and necessities as well as when we checked out. It is a great family rental we all felt comfortably accommodated with 6 adults. We really liked being right on the beach and having the chairs, towels and umbrella provided from the unit made it easy to enjoy. The surf school was close walking distance and……

The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked but the best part is the views from the large covered patio. with lots of seating choices, we spent many an hour on the private deck watching the sunrises and whales. The beach is a short walk across the property from the unit which is in the building closest to the road. Grocery shopping, restaurants and access to local Urbano are within walking distance. The air conditioning was perfect and very much needed. The hosts left nice drinks and snacks in the fridge which was appreciated. We would love to visit again. ”

Close to restaurant's and downtown area. It was about a 10 min walk to the beach. There were several pools in the complex but we didn’t end up using as we went to the beaches during our stay. We found it nice and spacious, the furniture was comfortable, and the air conditioning was more than up to the task of keeping the unit comfortable despite the 90°+ August heat. The photos on the listing give a very accurate impression of the condo but what I didn't gather from the photos is how short the walk would be to both of the delightful pools. The extra pool/beach equipment in the washer/dryer closet also came in……
