“The hotel is located at an excellent location, with fantastic views of the Taal Lake and the volcano. The food in the restaurant is great, and the service is generally very good. The nearby area also has many nice places to eat, but they mostly require a little bit of walk. Due to the much cooler weather up there than that in Manila, people flock into the area for the weekends, but that also means the pool may be a bit too cold to enjoy a swim… Overall, I would say it was a very nice stay……

First of all, for the time I found my Deposit box in my room is wrong; secondly, the hotel is very old, air conditioning noise is very serious will let you hard to sleep for the whole night； finally, encountered two problems so serious, obviously there are other rooms in the premise, and the reaction I they did not mean to change the room.”
