“Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. “Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Europa. Die Lage ist zentral in der Altstadt und direkt am See gelegen. Die Piazza Catena hat einen tollen Flair. Das Team des Hotels hat dafür gesorgt, dass der Aufenthalt ein unvergesslicher Urlaub wurde. Im Hotel wurde auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit geachtet. Der Concierge-Service beantwortete alle Fragen und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstückbuffet ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Ein Vier-Gänge-Abendmenü war sehr schmackhaft und wurde zügig……
