“This vintage trailer was just perfect! Lovely setting and the patio area was a wonderful place to just sit and enjoy the scenery. Usually, a concern about trailers is the bathroom situation, but this one had a well-equipped bath house adjacent to the trailer. Felt like being in a spa. The owner and manager were so friendly and responsive to our questions. We definitely plan to stay here again.”

“We stayed here because we needed close proximity to CSU San Marcos. We loved the neighborhood which was nice for walks . We were just a quick 10 -15 minutes from the beach. Grocery and dining options just minutes away. The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We would only recommend dark out shades for the bedrooms. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed four nights, which was way too short! It was the most relaxing four days we’ve had in a long time even the kids were so happy just to play in the pool, which is beautiful. The house was beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked. The beds were very nice. In the garage, there are fun games, ping pong, darts, and corn hole. There is exercise equipment. Oh! And the view was spectacular!! All in all it was a great four days we wish we could have stayed longer. Can’t wait till we can……
