“When we arrived, we were told that the appliances were not working properly. In fact, only one mini-oven was working out of the four that were advertised. This was a 16 person Christmas family reunion. And we learn that we are unable to cook with proper ovens. We had to use the barbeque to cook our meals. Unacceptable. The property managers were unwilling to make any refund or concessions about the absolute inconvenience, and in fact tried to charge us extra for using the natural gas. ……

“The place was beautiful. However, they do not tell you that you cannot have any day guests in their description. We flew from the east coast to visit other family and could not have them over to enjoy the ocean during the day. In addition the cook wear was very old and even burnt so it was difficult to prepare food for the 9 of us staying there. Lastly, the host did not return numerous phone calls, texts or emails to address some the aforementioned questions or requests. The stay could have been……

Sitting on the very comfortable deck with a glass of wine, looking out over La Jolla and northward you can see for miles. So relaxing.
