“This vintage trailer was just perfect! Lovely setting and the patio area was a wonderful place to just sit and enjoy the scenery. Usually, a concern about trailers is the bathroom situation, but this one had a well-equipped bath house adjacent to the trailer. Felt like being in a spa. The owner and manager were so friendly and responsive to our questions. We definitely plan to stay here again.”

“We stayed here because we needed close proximity to CSU San Marcos. We loved the neighborhood which was nice for walks . We were just a quick 10 -15 minutes from the beach. Grocery and dining options just minutes away. The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We would only recommend dark out shades for the bedrooms. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.”

“Our recent stay was perfect! The rental was spotless and well maintained which made us feel comfortable and at home. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained both on the premises and the surrounding area. The beds were comfortable and sleeping areas were well organized with plenty of extra clean blankets and bedding for the cots. Communication with the owner was seamless. She was responsive and provided all information we needed for an enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this……

“Overall, our stay was a good one, but there were some minor issues... The WiFi was very weak and inconsistent. The Roku and our Firestick kept freezing, and we couldn't get online sometimes. We finally moved the wireless repeater up high in the main room and it got better, but still was weak and cut out occasionally. Lots of of "unnecessary stuff" around in the kitchen and curio cabinets. We had ants marching through one of the bedrooms, but took care of them with the provided spray. Water……
