“The outside was park-like. The concerns about no music and quiet after 9pm, don't seem to apply to the neighbors in the HOA. Construction across street always kicked off at 7:30. Party behind house went until midnight. House was surface clean, but dirty under beds and couches. I texted pics of damage we noticed after check-in. ”

“We loved this beautifully updated cozy house. Spent a lot of time on the large and charming front porch, which has comfy porch furniture and a glimpse of white water. We had been looking for a smallish one-story house in Stinson that was close to the beach and had a king bed, and this met all our expectations. Nice private back deck too, with fire pit. Great kitchen, everything was perfect. Can't wait to come back!”

“We had a really great stay at this cozy cottage. The location is beautiful and convenient to tomales bay beaches and point reyes. We recommend to others booking to double-check the fees before checking out. We noticed after-the-fact that we were billed an extra 100 for "additional guests" but there were only 4 of us in a 2 bedroom place, so I'm not sure what counts as "additional". ”

“Loved the property. Lots of space, nice fire place, backyard was comfortable, easy to find parking. Only issue we had was the lack of curtains in the dining room. Other than that, would definitely book again.”

“The house was perfect for us. The weather was hotter than usual and the pool was a great place to spend late afternoons. We were close to hiking/ running trails, wineries and groceries. We dined out, ordered in and cooked at the house. A longer stay would have made it more perfect. Will recommend!”

“We loved this home and will be back! The location of this home gave us quick access, on foot, to the beach and the gorgeous trails of the Marin Headlands. The deck gives breathtaking views of Muir Beach and beyond. From that same deck we saw baby deer, a fox and raccoons visited. The outdoor shower is a dream, with hummingbirds flying nearby. A question to the owner was responded to immediately and her property manager followed up right after. Thank you for a beautiful space for us to come……

“We had an incredible stay over a long weekend and were able to visit both Sonoma and Santa Rosa and a few wineries in between. We got a lot of use from the pool and game room area and we found the neighborhood peaceful and relaxing. Owners were great with communication and the home is stocked with everything you need. Would definitely return if we had the opportunity! ”

“The house was perfect for our wine-tasting getaway. We had lovely walks to downtown Sonoma and Whole Foods, and short scenic drives to many vineyards. The neigborhood was quiet and peaceful and the beds were very comfortable.The backyard was a lovely oasis where you could dine, play bocce or relax by the firepit with a glass of wine. ”
