“We'll definitely be back! It was such a great location and I wish we had more time there!It's so nice to have the State Parks pass to utilize while there! We didn't have time this trip to go to Manresa - maybe next time. Well stocked and sweet little spot. It may have been that it's off-season, but the hot tub was a bit green and not ready to go, which I would have enjoyed being able to use. Otherwise, perfect!”

“This 2-bedroom apartment is clean, beautifully furnished and in an excellent location: quiet but close to the beach, hiking, shopping and restaurants. There's an outdoor firepit and a grill, with a table chairs. The hosts were incredibly good about responding to our questions. We plan to return often!”

“The Manresa Surf House was a perfect location for our family vacation. We were secluded yet close enough to town, which made for easy trips. The home was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and “at home”. The outside area was very inviting with ample seating, an outdoor grill. a fire pit, hammock, and games. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat! ”

“We felt like we were staying with family. Jaya and her husband were very accommodating into their very nice Loft apartment. The grounds and their house were very nice. There were oranges on the trees and grape vineyards in all directions. They discussed some upgrades that they have planned in the future. But it worked fine for the 2 of us as it is now. The Hot Tub was nice after the day of hiking at Pinnacles National Park. We would love to go back there someday and stay. The area around……

“We really enjoyed staying here! Being central to all things in Capitola is incredibly lovely and made our trip better. We encountered a few hiccups here and there and the property management team was responsive and prompt in their help provided. All in all, the apartment was clean, parking was incredibly accessible (especially in a city where it can be hard to come by), and it's the perfect spot for a getaway in the lovely city of Capitola! ”

“This rental apartment was perfect for our five-day stay for a family wedding in Santa Cruz. We were looking for a place where we could enjoy the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains and this apartment and surrounding property was perfect. Quiet, peaceful with beautiful views with stunning flowering bushes, trees, and containers. Great outdoor patio for your morning beverage or evening cocktail. Grill and patio furniture is a plus. The apartment inside was clean with enough kitchenware and linens……

“Well organized and clean in a good location near downtown.. Parking was not clearly explained and pet charges were a surprise and not clearly stated in the marketing material, but otherwise, we were very satisfied and had a great stay.”

“We enjoyed our location, and the permit for parking, the fans, kitchen, tvs, towels and linen, and comfortable beds. It would be good to have information up front about the showers (one doesn’t work and the other takes forever to get hot, at a counter intuitive faucet position, only told to us after trying to reach an ONeil rep and waiting to hear back). Also, we never got hot water in the kitchen sink. The internet connection went out, so that affected tv Netflix one day. Not sure if that’s……
