“It is so hard to find a place to stay for a family of 9. This was an ideal set up for us with one adult child, one teen and 5 kiddos under age 10. The interior of the home is beautiful and everything was well stocked. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, including Margaritaville and Pizza My Heart! The beach is also an easy walk and includes a perfect view of the lovely Venitian Hotel. Biggest downside: parking during the weekends (and probably all summer) is a drag, but it was fine on the……

“The place is great, and the location even better. My only con was that the listing is strict about climbing over the rocks to get to the beach by any guests as well as not going onto either neighbors patio ( of which we complied). However, both neighbors used our patio to climb over the rocks to the beach…. So maybe a little less pressure on renters about it. ”

“Our stay included 2 families with a total of 4 girls ages 3-7. We had plenty of space and the girls loved the pink and black decor. I mean, who doesn’t love Audrey Hepburn! We really enjoyed our stay and loved the quiet neighborhood. Be warned the bed in the master bedroom is squeaky, but we were able to get used to it by the second night. Easy to access the property, and we loved the products offered in the shower. Highly recommend, thank you!”

“House was clean and well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. We could have used more blankets. We borrowed some from family in the area. House could use a brush up, minor things need attention such as bathroom hooks that were loose, leak under the kitchen sink, loud thumping noise when we ran the washing machine, just general TLC but overall it served us well and location was perfect for us. ”

“This property was amazing for a family with kids. The outdoor area was my 2-year-old grandson's favorite place to play. They had lots of toys for kids to play with. Beach accessories included toys, towels & chairs.The kitchen was well stocked & the adults enjoyed the outdoor TV screen. I grew up in Watsonville but had not spent much time on this side of town. The location was great. It was a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a nice park for the kids, grocery store & brewery.We……

I took my daughter and 3 nieces for a weekend away-the kitchen has a great layout plus the accordion glass doors in the family room (w/fireplace) open to the River, but being on the 2nd floor we had privacy.
