“House was in pristine condition and amazingly located. So convenient to town and easy to get to the beach. The stairway above the house is out of order, but the walk down to the beach is very quick and pleasant.Beautiful rooms. One large master sized room with a couple of small patios, one with furniture. Another medium size bedroom and a third small bedroom all with very nice beds.Kitchen was lovely and the layout allowed us to be connected to the ocean pretty much all the time. Would rent this……

“The house was really nice, updated, very clean, and had beautiful ocean views right from the deck and rooms. It had all of the features that were listed and all of the rooms were comfortable. We could walk right down to the beach and enjoyed the sunsets. We also had fun playing pickleball and basketball. The host, Al, was awesome! He is very responsive, helpful, and was great to rent from!”

“This cottage is a cosey, quiet, and private place with incredible ocean views. It has a well equipped kitchen, all the linens, towels and/or blankets you need, and many games and books. We especially enjoyed walking on the uncrowded and sometimes totally private beach. In addition to small families, I highly recommend it for couples. It was a great and romantic getaway for us.”

“Great location near the pier in Capitola. Quick walk to beach. Everything you need from umbrellas, towels, beach wagon, beach chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals. Also appreciated the granola bars; Having a garage was really handy as parking is difficult in Capitola. We were there with my daughter and 2 of her besties for an early 16th bday surf trip. As another reviewer mentioned, to get to the queen bedroom you have to walk through the family bunk room which is where……

“The property location could not have been better for us. We slept listening to the waves and the temperature at night was great without a/c. Capitola and Santa Cruz are nearby if we wanted more nightlife. There is a nice walkable restaurant that we enjoyed. The sunsets are pretty incredible. ”

“Large, funky and private in a fantastic setting and location. We could walk into the beautiful adjacent State Park and nearby town of Aptos, or drive a short distance to Santa Cruz. Enjoyed meeting the hosts. Would stay again. ”
