“What a AMAZING view! This is not a “fancy” room, and the hotel doesn’t have many amenities (like a pool or gym) that many other restaurants have. But this is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was good size and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was awesome. Amazing view, great food and service with decent prices. The breakfast was 5 star. Same amazing view with a huge selection of great food, juices and coffee drinks! Did I mention the view? No……

“We spent 4 nights here and had the breakfast on one occasion. The hotel is perfectly situated between Lenno and Tremezzo ferry stops and has a pizza takeaway, restaurant and a convenience shop within a 5 min walk- in addition to the on site restaurant and bar. The hotel breakfast was worth the €10 pp as there was fresh fruit options, snacks and biscuits, pastry, toast and meats and cheese as well as juices and coffee. “Excellent location. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent staff. The ferry station is just right in front of the hotel. Scenic, walking distance to Villa Carlotta. Lot’s of restaurants close by and they have a great one within the hotel as well. ”

“Great modern property really helpful owners but IMO you need to have a car because the restaurant is closed during the week and closest town is 10 minutes There is a busy train track about 50 meters away but thankfully the trains seem to stop around 10pm and start around 7.30so didn’t bother us much ch The only other downer was no milk for the coffee Only small concerns all in all a great place with good access to lake ”

We had a balcony view was a 10+ experience for coffee and wine on our patio overlooking L Como. Parking easy. Room was great a decent size for Italy.
