“For staff and service I would of given terrible because Steven at valet/concierge stood there and watched me put all my bags/luggage on the cart and when I was finished he asked me “is there anything else in the car” I said “no I got it all now” he said “ok good”! He just wasn’t very customer service friendly,seems arrogant! I called the hotel manager Michael and he was very nice and understanding and apologetic about what occurred ( he has cool orange glasses too) but Michael is the reason I am……

It almost feels like a hidden gem that I don’t want to share because it’s that good! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.”
