“Was not what i was expecting. Dirty kitchen. Host was very nice. Bugs in bedroom and bathroom. ”

“We stayed in the property at Christmas while visiting family. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities we needed. My kids enjoyed all the light from all the windows. I especially appreciated the holiday decorations, which were such a thoughtful touch. We will stay again when we all visit.”

“We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in August 2024…it was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured online. It was a 10 min drive to Disneyland and close to many shops and restaurants. Prior to our visit I had sent a few messages to the hosts with various questions and they were always quick to reply. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip back to the LA area…highly recommend! ”

“Look. For the price. And location. If you need to be in this area and not pay too much. This is the spot. Like others have said it is clean enough but I am sure no one has done a deep clean to the unit I was in for quite some time. Pockets of the floor felt like sub floor was rotted out. Smell of some aort of mold? Something. Super noisy birds and area can be loud. But it has a good bed, TV, bathroom, what more do you really need?”

“My family really enjoyed the stay! We were close to food, the beach, and the neighborhood was nice! The description of the location was accurate and great!”

“We were warmly welcomed by our host Joanne to this charming older property. Included is a well equipped kitchen (spices, and other necessities and a basket of fresh fruit!). The location is great! It is an easy bike ride on the bike path to Santa Monica pier, the Marina and short walk to restaurants and shops. Also near by is the Santa Monica farmers market. The property also includes bikes and beach chairs. ”

“I usually start with positives so here it is… The local brewery down the street was the best part of this place! Awesome food, beer and service. Upon checking in to the Inn, we were asked to wait outside while the person on the desk checked in someone on the phone? Super strange? “First, let me say that Josh and Madison are the best co-hosts I have ever interacted with. During my stay, I had many (self-inflicted) issues, and they were always available to assist me. Kudos to you both!This property is a little hidden gem. It is impeccably decorated, well-appointed, and as comfortable as my home. It was surprisingly spacious and stocked with everything I needed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.I struggled a bit to check in because I arrived after dark. As I am not a California……

“the place is a bit tricky to find. but the inside is awesome and we really had a good stay.”

“Overall this was just okay. It was clean, well stocked, and had a cute front patio. However, there were some issues that could have been resolved before our stay. Checking in was a bit confusing. The location in the app didn’t match the location sent in the messages. The hot water wasn’t functional for the first day. Worked for 3 minutes and went cold. The home owner left a note explaining they have a part on order. I contacted the property manager and they got the issue resolved by the next……
