“Perfect spot for our visit to LA. This Marina del Rey apartment is clean and as described in the listing. The mattresses were comfortable. We enjoyed having the washer/dryer in the apartment to wash our exercise clothes after using the well-equipped gym. We didn’t have time to use the lovely pool, but next time we stay - it’s a place we’d definitely return to - sitting by the pool and hot tub are on the agenda. “The apartment was very nice, spacious and comfortable. Only reason for the 4 stars is the address is further from the beach then described in the ad. The building is very nice and the owners instructions were very detailed. If I am in the area I would love to stay again. ”

“We had a lovely stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our family that included 3 adult couples who stayed and local family who visited with kids ages 11 and 7. The communication during our stay about a couple small issues was stellar. ”

“Love the location; unless you are planning to travel to some of the SoCal attractions you can easily stay here and never drive. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and grocery store only two blocks away. Beach is 3 minute walk. ”

“The home was a bit dated but comfortable and had everything you need. It is in a great location, just steps to the beach (120 steps to be exact, lol). There were a few minor inconveniences, the light in the dining room didn't work. And several of the outlets wouldnt work but we managed. Would absolutely stay here agsi !”

“We enjoyed our stay at this home in a terrific neighborhood just a block from the beach. Everything went smoothly and would stay here again.”

“This was a nice space for our group of 7. Lots of beds, 2.5 baths. Everything was very clean, well supplied and well kept. Access to the laundry facilities was a nice perk. Location is pretty good, it is just a few mins to the freeway. We were able to get out easily for day trips to San Diego and Joshua Tree. Disney is 15-25 min away.Accessing the property for the first time was an experience. I originally tried to open someone else's garage door, then drove around until I finally figured out……

“Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. It was very large and spacious and the pull out couch was very comfortable (so said our 23 year old daughter, hah!). It was also well equipped with all appliances and dishes you'd need……

“Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal. ”
