“Rick was a great host! There was plenty of space for our group of 15, and we could have easily fit a few more people if we wanted. The house was in excellent condition, and everything was provided and easy to find. Rick was very responsive in his communication, and there were no snags in the entire process. Would definitely come back again if in the area! ”

“The townhouse was very lovely and comfortable for our group of 6 people. It was nice having a dining table and sectional couch that were large enough to accommodate all of us with room to spare! The owner was very responsive when we had questions, which was really helpful too. One thing to keep in mind, especially if anyone in your party has ANY mobility issues, it is 4 levels, including the rooftop deck, so that means a LOT of fairly steep stairs. It was fine for us, but a bit of a workout!……
