“The breakfast is good. The staff is helpful and able to provide information as requested. There is a restaurant next to the hotel and that is also very good for dinner. ”

“Wonderful suite with huge balcony (lovely view, including some sea and Vesuvius) and two ample bathrooms, one with plunge bath, one with large walk-in shower. Excellent breakfast and dining both in the restaurant and in the rooftop bar. Moderately busy area with nearby trains and buses with short walk to town centre with shopping and dining a-plenty, but Sorrento is not blessed with easily-accessible, good public beaches (but don't miss the cheap lift down to the harbours). “The staff at Blu was exceptional. Giuseppe and Mario are truly five star staff. Traveling companions had an issue with the manager as they had to cut their stay short and she was unwilling to come out of her office to even discuss a refund or you a tab for the bar restaurant. Thankfully the rest of the staff understands customer service!”

“In addition to the 18-minute walk to the city center, everything is very nice, the price is reasonable, swimming pool is clean, bar and restaurant food are very good, restaurant have live music at sunday night,even my room is in front of the pool and I also can hear the live music, it is such a vacation atmosphere”

“View很棒，整體不錯但早餐時間太晚（07:00開始）對要趕飛機的人，可能會吃不到，另外有一點比較糟糕是shuttle bus要先登記，我們按飯店給的時間表提早去指定地點等車，等了20分鐘，車沒來，只好走回飯店，問服務人員才說需要先登記，這點覺得有點不合理，而且我們登記shuttle bus離開飯店時，櫃台人員也沒和我們說明，走路回飯店感覺超差的！”

“A modern hotel with friendly staff. A good set of breakfast options. Some things to be aware of: Possibly slightly too far out of the centre of Sorrento for us (about a 20 min walk) Some of the technology in the rooms is too complicated for its own good (bathroom light wouldn’t turn on in middle of night). Pool is not heated so was freezing cold (it was May). There’s no fridge in the rooms. ”
