I must mention that we did not have AC in the unit we stayed in and coming from the south, that was very unusual. Little did we know, you didn’t even need AC! My kids (ages 9 and 13) and I stayed here nearly a week, doing all kinds of fun activities in Berkeley. I asked the 9 year old what her favorite part of the trip was, and she said cuddling up in the little book nook while looking out at the view every evening. They felt at home and did not get homesick at all--which is first! ”

“Property very good and clean. Well situated and great for 2 people. 10 minutes walk to shpping centre and 15 minutes walk to train on M line. However, side gate needs repair and bangs at night and side path tricky to negotiate. Very low water pressure and could not get hot water to kitchen.”

Exceptionally clean, unexpectedly spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a week-long stay, including a lovely patio. Jeri was a terrific host too: attentive and responsive.
