“Varias cosas : el nombre Luxurios Mountain nadie lo conoce , el sitio se llama hotel río verde, ni siquiera el portero del hotel sabia , duramos 20 minutos dando vueltas ! El apartamento tenía varias fallas , la puerta de la ducha no cierra , el secador de pelo estaba dañado, etc .etc. En el sitio donde nos registramos y nos dieron la llave dicen que no tienen nada que ver con las habitaciones de ese lado . Para completar hoy fuimos a desayunar y no nos atendieron porque nos dijeron que el……

“el parqueadero no me lo asignaron en el piso que era el apartamento, me dijeron los vigilantes que el del apartamento estaba ocupado. ”

“The property doesn’t have a/c. I’m told there are 2 fans, but they were already being used. No hair dryer in the room. No bathroom door at all. The check in process was cumbersome and took longer than usual. The lady who took care of us was very sweet though, I have no complaints about her at all, she was great. We were on the 3rd floor I believe, and there are only stairs. If this place was more budget friendly, I would’ve gave it 3 and a half stars”

“Great wooded property in quite area on the hill. Owner was very nice. Beware of Expedia in Colombia and always check with the owner of the propery. Expedia has outdated information on their website.”
