“Had a great couple days at the "glamping cabin." The ride to get there on a dark foggy night was a bit thrilling, but could immediately relax once I got into the cabin. Place has everything needed for a semi-primitive cabin experience. Enjoyed the sauna and thencozy bed. ”

We barely scratched the surface of the amenities like the fireplace and grills but the beds were comfy, the modern heat kept us warm, and the kitchen was easy to use for preparing food. The scenery is gorgeous and it’s quiet and peaceful! I had an enjoyable time walking my dog at night and seeing all the stars out! Rik is an amazing host and like other reviews have said, he greets you with fresh bread which was delicious! He takes the time……

“On a farm in the country…..stars blazing at night for hot tub. Cozy loft had amazing mattress and pillows! Our dog enjoyed the surrounding field. Beautiful! ”

“This little house is clearly very well loved by the owners. The owners left very chat instructions on how to use everything, and they were very responsive whenever we had questions. We had a lovely time and would love to return!”

“My fiancé and I really enjoyed our long weekend stay in this cozy cabin. The cabin has every amenity you could ever need between the kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms. The queen bed was so comfortable. So many pillows were provided, which is not typical for a VRBO. Loved the electric fireplace! We really appreciated everything in the house being labeled, like what was in certain drawers and what remotes were for. There is not one thing I can complain about with this cabin. Our golden……

“Amazing home, amazing location, amazing host. Was exactly what we were all hoping for. Can’t say enough about it. House is beautifully decorated and was well equipped. Host was pleasant, attentive, and accommodating. Will definitely book again. ”

“Our stay at the West River Lodge was great! The cabin is very cozy, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We cooked dinner one of the nights we were there and all we had to bring was the food…the kitchen was fully stocked with pans, dishes and flatware…even a vegetable peeler and can opener! We would definitely recommend staying here.”

“From the time we got there to the time we left, we very much enjoyed David’s home. He was a wonderful host! Although we didn’t get to enjoy a fire in the pit, my daughter figured out how to make the s’mores in the air fryer! The coffeemaker was a very welcome appliance! lol. Can’t wait to book this again!”
