“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the riverwalk as well as the beach were great. Comfy place with nice amenities. Loved having a kitchen for that fabulous price. Property manager was very responsive. We were a little taken aback by the construction going on right outside the house but that was basically out of their control. Just surprised by it and bummed about how early it started - 7am!!Overall, highly recommend!”

“This condo is in the perfect location and walkable to all things on the river walk while still in close proximity to the rest of ilm and the beaches. We loved being steps away from Maroon Monkey, our personal fav coffee shop downtown. The property was very clean and comfortable. The only downside is no on-site parking, and trying to park in the permit lots can be difficult on the weekend - totally fine on weekdays. This property does not have a microwave, so be aware if you are coming with kids……

Great central location that’s walkable to the riverfront but make sure to read the manual because it has lots of other places to check out! Because of it we explored the castle district, the Venus fly trap “hike” as well as great coffee shops and restaurants. So helpful in making the best of our stay! Thank you! ”
