“We had a wonderful time residing here. The decor was amazing and the location has a settling presence. There was a picture perfect view of the lake. The owner had so many amenities. There were a few issues. 1. It has 2 1/2 bathroom not 3. One full bathroom upstairs and one full and 1/2 bathroom downstairs. 2. The ROKU box was loose luckily someone figure it out to make the TV work. 3. The AC would stop working at the end of our stay which required us to leave early. 4. The projector stop working……

“The location is not too bad, short drive to beach one way and historic district the other. We stayed for a month so it suited us. The property description shows 1 1/2 bath but there is only one. There are steep steps up the side of the building to gain entry, nice deck which unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use. Some minor repairs are needed to make the property 5 star. Some extra cleaning and providing some cleaning products for long stay guests would be appreciated. Seal on……
