“Location is convenient between beach and downtown, with each being about ten minute drive. We really enjoyed Long Leaf park, which is only five minutes away.The condo itself is definitely an older property with signs of its age. The AC unit was not working while we were there. The manager attempted to get it fixed during our stay, but that was unsuccessful. There were also neighbors near us getting their units renovated so it was fairly noisy during the day, but some of that can be expected.……

“Work related stress and spring break lead us to taking a mini vacation to Wilmington, NC. The house was central to the main attractions. There are bars/restaurants within a 5 min walk. The home was spacious with up to date appliances and furniture. Beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a nice home. We will definitely book again! ”

“The owners make this clear but be aware that this apartment is over a bar. The owners try to mitigate the noise but the fact is you will be hearing muted music until 2 am. Other than that everything is excellent. The location is outstanding and the apartment itself is very nice. The owners are helpful and easy to work with. ”

“This was perfect for our getaway. Property was as described, very clean, well equipped and cozy. The location was perfectly situated right across the street from the river and you could walk to many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.”
