“The staff was friendly and helpful. We paid a small fee for an early arrival check in. The property and room was noticeably very clean. Breakfast had good options for everyone in our group. Unfortunately the hot tub water was not being heated. We were informed the pool heat pump was temporarily out of service, but was assured the hot tub worked. Not the case. “This is a great, well-thought out little studio with a spacious bathroom. It had most everything we needed, and there were some nice, unexpected touches, like the cornhole game and the excellent tea selection -- even Bengal Spice, my favorite! Barb had a fire expertely built for us in the chimena -- one match was all it needed and we had a nice evening in the glider enjoying the flame. “The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.”

“The clerk was super attentive and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, really clean. Smelled very nice as well. I wish we could have stayed here the whole trip. The AC, had a fan option which helped with the quietness of the woods. The only thing that was a problem for us was their pre-check website didn’t recognize our travel number, and it was quite a ways off the road making us believe we had missed it. Once we found it, it was great. Also, our flight was delayed so we got there late.……

"Wow I love this hotel, we booked a city night view room. That was amazing !!! You can see all the beautiful city view through the room window. That's a very nice experience. The room is extremly clean and the shower room and restroom is seperate so very privancy which is amazing. The shower head is good. I love this hotel and definitely will come back!!!!! And the bar is super nice too!!!"

"I liked the hotel except for their misleading and confusing statement about the pet clean fee $75 for up to a week. I ended up with booking just for one night with a poodle for $75 even there was not much to be cleaned after the stay. They could have made it $75 per night ...and I would consider other hotels."
