“This property is very clean and well-maintained. It is just across the street from the racetrack which serves excellent breakfasts. The back of the condo also faces one of the fairways on the golf course, so there is entertainment in that. The owner has up-to-date appliances and all of the utensils needed for anyone who wishes to cook for themself. We were a group of four golfers who were all unanimous in approval of this property for future stays should it be available.”

“Communication couldn’t have been better. Host replied almost immediately to my messages. The condo was spacious, clean and very nice. The only down side was that it’s on the 3rd floor which is extremely difficult for seniors to haul stuff up and down. And the neighbor underneath us complained about the noise. We weren’t noisy. We did have two small children but we tried to keep their noise to a minimum. ”

“The 2 bedroom/1bath condo worked perfectly for our stay. It was centrally located, off a road that had both a nature trail and/or sidewalks to take a morning/afternoon walk. The condos bathroom was Jack and Jill in style, and the bedrooms were nice and cozy, with the laundry being a bonus! We used the coffee maker each day, along with some of the other kitchen amenities, however, did eat out durning most of our stay. We really enjoyed Anna’s Pizzeria in the downtown Apex area. “We only stayed one night but it's the kind of place we would happily rent for a longer stay. It's close to the airport, spacious, and clean. Due to our late arrival, we didn't have to check-in at the desk. We were sent a lockbox # and code to get our room keys. So easy! All of the rooms are lined up on either side of a wide outdoor common area with artificial grass, tables, etc. You use your room key to get "inside," but the corrider is open to the sky. Fresh air! It was so much nicer……
