“As far as the “area” around the property, in all fairness to Sanger Inn, there is a LOT of highway construction going on AND a lot of new businesses moving close by. I had a room to the front of the property and could hear the traffic on one of the busiest highways. (i35-North to OK). It didn’t really bother me but if you are a light sleeper, request a room to the back, further away from the noise of the traffic. For the cost, I had a very pleasant stay. Clean. “Quiet and safe area. Restaurant behind was open until 2am definitely a good option. Even though the hotel had signs stating the issue, cars were covered in bird droppings, so definitely park away from the trees. Definitely an excellent option to stay at. ”

“It was near Frisco Square and a stadium for some events and great eats at the square with many things to do and look at. Staff was excellent and provided some of the best service, housekeeping was friendly and convient even after i checked they came everyday! Only downside was a drink i bought from the fridge in thr lobby was expired, but it happens. Everything else was amazing!”

“The comfort of the room was ok, good for one night, but there was visible signs that the room was not kept up. The fan in the bathroom was so full of dust, not sure it served any purpose. Had a few bugs running around the floor, but it’s Texas, a few bugs is normal. We were 3 people and only towels for 2. But besides that, if it came down to it, we would stay there again for a night. It was quiet and peaceful, no disturbance and you have food and restaurants close by. ”
