“Tutto bene, accoglienza ok, appartamento un po' datato ma ok, 2 bagni cucina su salotto e camera da letto. Manca solo aria condizionata ma comunque il sole arriva solo il pomeriggio.”

“Sehr schöne, geräumige, helle Wohnung mit einem gemütlichen Balkon. Zu beachten ist, dass die Wohnung keinen WLAN und keine Klimaanlage (es gab aber einen guten Luftdurchzug) hat. Küche war zwar gut ausgestattet, uns fehlten allerdings ein paar Utensilien (wie zbsp scharfes Messer und verschiedene Größen, normale Reibe etc). Kommunikation mit Stefania war einwandfrei: gutes Englisch :), kam uns zwei mal entgegen (früherer Check in und spontaner früherer Check out), antwortete schnell auf……

“The apartment is just as described/pictured and so much more. The cleanest apartment we have ever rented and also the best equipped. The location is fabulous which is very important when you stay for almost six weeks. The owner, Enrico, became a friend. He helped us in every way from the welcoming torta to sharing goodies from his garden. Communication was perfect and he was always there when we needed him. “Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento durante il Festival, gli aspetti positivi sono la terrazza molto grande con una bella vista, la posizione vicina al centro, la presenza del parcheggio e il buon prezzo...per il resto sconsigliato: nonostante da contratto avrebbe dovuto essere consegnato pulito e integro, l’appartamento era sporco e necessitava assolutamente di manutenzione: la vaschetta del gabinetto, parzialmente staccata dal muro, era rotta e lo sciacquone faceva fatica a funzionare,……

“Ein sehr sauberes, modern eingerichtetes Häuschen mit zwei Zimmer. (Wohn-/Esszimmer/Küche und ein Schlafzimmer). Es liegt umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Gärten an Hanglage. Das Bad ist modern mit Dusche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. Geschirrspülmaschine, Nespressomaschine...) Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist unbezahlbar. Man liegt oberhalb der Strasse, die nicht stört. Vielen Dank liebe Giusy und lieber Adriano für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“Das Wetter war super,die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Aber es wurden nach 3 Tagen die Liegen und Sonnenschirme Weggeräumt,und das bei 25 Grad. Kaum oder sogut wie keiner Sprach wenigstens ein wenig Deutsch. Wir sind nach 1 Woche wieder abgereist. Leider gibt es keinerlei Vergütung,man hat uns mitgeteilt es hätte alles in der Beschreibung gestanden. Schade”
