“The villa is nice, decor very dated inside, the pool is a little tired, nice views over San Remo. The villa was in the middle of a building site however, fortunately it did not impact the view but there were a few noises and smells from the site during our stay. We would have liked to be informed about this prior to booking. We raised the main issues with the agents Happy. Rentals but they did not respond. These are the issues that we raised: - The kitchen is not adequate or equipped for……

“Villa confortable, piscine, extérieur et vue magnifique. Malheureusement la propreté laisse à désirer ( piscine et vaisselle sales, poussière sur le mobilier, sol collant, réfrigérateur sentant fort le poisson) et équipement fourni indigne d'une telle location (pas de torchon dans la cuisine, lave vaisselle qui lave mal, pas de bouilloire, vaisselle limitée, pas de robot pour nettoyer la piscine pendant notre séjour). Nous aurions apprécié au moins une bouteille d'eau pour l'accueil ainsi qu'une……

“Spacious modern 1 bedroom suite. Very well located just outside the shopping and restaurant center, but quiet. They have free bikes to lend and we cycled 15 minutes to the beach Tre Ponti. The staff was helpful and welcoming. We had a fabulous time. Check before arrival if you want parking (moderate charge per night)”
