“We’ve been travelling around Portugal and Spain for the past month and have been staying at various hotels. (Beautiful countries but haven’t been impressed with customer service and staff at restaurants, hotels and stores compared to our country Canada). The service at this hotel is the best one we’ve received. Check in was very easy and the 2 gentlemen and porter who served us have been the friendliest, most professional and helpful. (Very convenient they and rest of staff speak English)……

“The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation ”
