“Cozy and comfortable. Morden facility with quiet neighborhood. For transportation a bit far from main island but Ferry 3 go straight to Ple Roma in 15mins while Ferry 4.1/4.2 takes 1 hour from San Marco. And 4.2 runs from morning from midnight about 22:00 so no need to worry about transportation too much.”

“This waterfront hotel is absolutely lovely. We stayed in the lagoon suite - which was well-appointed, spacious, and offered an amazing, picturesque view of the water and many boats. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were outstanding. We even got to experience market day just by coincidence, which was a lot of fun. ”

“All staff are welcoming and with lots of hospitality. The decoration of room was so Venise style and equipped with everthing you need. The location is great which is near by water bus stop. You can enjoy the canal view in your room. I really appreciate this experience.”
