“Location is very good, just opposite the train station across the Grand Canal Staffs are very nice and helpful. Introduced and recommended the hotel services and tours very detailed. Rooms are facing the Canals with balcony. Very good views but a little bit loud when near morning that the boats and ferries are working. Room is unexpected spacious caused the size of hotel rooms in Venice usually tiny and old Buffet breakfast is good! Experienced the electricity of whole hotel was shutdown,……

“A Room next to Kitchen. This hotel provided us a offer of Euro100 per night to upgrade to an "Suite". I appreicate her offer and asked if I could look at the room first before making decision. Instead of let us check the room, the manager response by provide another special offer of Euro 50 per night for upgrade. When we goto the room, we find that it is a lonely room in the ground floor next to the kitchen. We found that there is only 1 room with room no. 150 in the floor. We could see……

“旅館就在火車站旁的巷子裡，步行五分鐘可到達不需過橋。附近有超市、餐廳和商店，生活機能良好。旅館有電梯，但入口處有約十級的台階。房間空間大且乾淨，浴室跟廁所乾濕分離，但我住的房間廁所裡有一股化學物質(可能是油漆或清潔劑)的難聞氣味久久不散，需把廁所門關上才能擋住味道飄散出來。房間附冰箱跟熱水壺，有免費送一瓶水，寢具很舒服。整體來說，這間旅館對在威尼斯短期旅遊的旅人是個方便、理想的選擇。”

“This is an apartment in a 500 year old building. On the canal, large space with extra TV room. Nicely furnished small bathroom but nice. Very nice staff, and we were on the 4th top floor and there are no elevators. 54 stairs. Excellent buffet breakfast for 15 euros. Good Italian Venice experience.”

“酒店比較接近火車站，約5分鐘路程，需要過兩條橋，拖著行李有點吃力，但尚算可以。酒店距離主要景點則遠一點，例如聖馬可廣場要約25分鐘路程。客房較為精緻，而運河景觀則只能算一般。”

“A bit far from St Marco. Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional. All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that? ”
