“We stayed for two nights in rooms overlooking the grand canal. The hotel and rooms were really nice - modern and cleverly decorated. Checkin and out were great; friendly people, fast and easy. David from the lounge bar was exceptional with excellent energy. One of the servers at breakfast was not particularly pleasant which kind of took away the morning excitement at the start of the day and we had her both mornings. Other than that, the location was great and it was a great trip to Venice.”

“The hotel itself is new and clean. The bed was comfy. It’s located in a more industrial like zone. Not much actions or must take a train or a taxi to Venezia. However, despite having ViP member status of hotels.com, it’s claimed to have some VIP benefits. However , I was not upgraded nor provided the $10 credit during my stay. The late check is only until 12:30 despite the hotel looks low occupancy during my check out . That’s a pity. ”

“第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？”

“The hotel is close to the train station and bus station, very convenient.The staff is friendly and nice. And it is so good that there is a mini bar in the lobby with free coffee and croissants. But the bathroom equipment is a bit old.”

“We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. I will tell all my friends to stay in this lovely hotel if they can to Venice.”
