“第一天很晚入住，前面一位客人處理超久後輪到我，前檯人員既沒表示久等之意同時也是很制式化的說明規定，相當冰冷；之後幾天反應房間內空調壞了，也無人處理；同時還出現小蟲子在房間；甚至有預付早餐還被告知原房價無付早餐；退房講這些抱怨給櫃檯人員僅得到將早餐扣除的處理，最後連寒暄再見都沒有，服務上真的有待加強”

“A bit of a strange hotel. I didn't see a staff member for the whole of the trip. Although they were super responsive on WhatsApp. Was emailed a keycode to entre the property. It was fine, but the keypad was super sensitive and took me 3 attempts to entre the code. Room was nice, good location, but the pillows were super hard and only two of them.”

“The area is amazing. Out of the way of the crowds but still incredibly charming and iconic Venice. A handful of amazing, affordable restaurants right out the door. Felt very safe. Dennis, the owner, was helpful and kind. Gave us some good tips on getting around. Room was just fine - nothing overly fancy but worked great for our party of three. Breakfast was simple but just fine - good coffee and pastry, saved us from needing to buy it out. Would totally stay here again. If you are fussy,……

“This is a good location hotel. I took only 10mins to walk from the Treviso Station to this hotel. The staff is very helpful. It is a small family business hotel. But the service is very good. The owner has told me the best restaurants in town.”

“A central location near many of the city’s best attractions. I was here because my wife was in hospital after an accident and dates were fluid. Barbara was very understanding and helpful about possible date changes. I would definitely stay here again. The room is very secure but be aware that it’s up two flights of stairs. ”
