“Location is amazing Staff is extremely helpful Room was dusty”

“This hotel is only 5 minutes away from St. Marco square, and all staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a great hotel. Ps. The fastest way Google map shown might lead you to a bus station that need to walk through bridges ( which is terrible when you carry a luggage!). Take bus 5.2 or 4.2 instead.”

“Everything about the hotel was amazing. We were well taken care of by the staff upon arrival. The breakfast was fantastic, the room was impeccably clean, and the beds were comfortable. If you want to stay in a neighborhood in Venice full of locals and not day tourists, I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. I would %1,000 stay again.”

“這個旅館無論地點，房間都十分的好，服務人員十分友善，在庭院的早餐不但豐盛，還可以有現做的咖啡和炒蛋可以選。房間有數量充足的mini bar。唯一的缺點，就是不便宜。隔壁有個評價不錯的餐廳，入口在橋底下的那個，我們也很喜歡。”

“Comfortable and clear room”

“We stayed at Hotel Residenza Veneziana on May 16th, 2024 and had such amazing experiences. The hotel is located at a very convenient location right on a quiet small canal, within walking distance to everything. The hotel room is decorated with very unique classic Venetian style furniture and fixtures, something not easy to find nowadays, but the bathroom is very updated, modern, nice and clean. We received a nice warm welcome with champagne and a huge delicious breakfast served to the room at……

“我住咗四晚，每晚都俾蚊咬起碼10粒八粒，房間唔同我當日book房嘅尺數，房間光線唔夠，空氣好焗開窗又有蚊飛入黎，又無冷氣，住咁多酒店，極差！”

“Overall speaking, it's a nice place to stay in and I would like to stay again. The room is spacious and with most of the amenities. However, this hotel was renewed by another hotel and you need to make the check-in at their hotel which is about 5 mins away from the homestay, it will be a little trouble if you first time go there.”

“reasonable price in venice location is gd,5mins from a supermarket and st. macro a bit hard to find, coz very small sign to direct guests to a very very narrow street to the entrance. room is clean, but mosquitoes at night is annoying, did not open window to prevent them flying into the room. staff nice breakfast a bit poor”

“最大的優勢是離水上巴士站、聖馬可廣場非常近，附近也有很多餐廳及熱門商店(蕾莉歐)，要去玻璃島、彩色島或outlet也都可以搭到適合的船班直達或轉車。如果行李比較多，也可以搭乘機場直達的水上巴士ALILAGUNA(約75分鐘，比較久一點，但不用拉行李走一大段石板路轉汽車和水上巴士)。 本館及別館都有住過，飯店比較有歷史，但整體而言還不錯，值得考慮，最大的優勢還是交通方便及地點。”
