“Overall property was good. Some things need improvement. Kitchen table and chairs are unsteady and need to be fixed. Kitchen lacks cooking utensils. Although there is washing machine, a dryer would also be useful. The heat in the rooms were subpar and when I tried to turn it on, water leaked from the heater. The heat in foyer and living room was fine.”

“Cozy and comfortable. Morden facility with quiet neighborhood. For transportation a bit far from main island but Ferry 3 go straight to Ple Roma in 15mins while Ferry 4.1/4.2 takes 1 hour from San Marco. And 4.2 runs from morning from midnight about 22:00 so no need to worry about transportation too much.”
