“The service is terrible. The restaurant asked me to leave in 5mins while I had been waiting for my coffee for like 15mins. The neighbourhood was playing loud music until 3am but the hotel gave me a “nothing can help” attitude. I was trying extend my room, one manager told me it can be done but the other told me otherwise. ”

“Great property, great staff, breakfast was plentiful and many options. Only short ride to Termini station. Room cleaned every day. Really enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again if/when visiting Rome again.”
