“The location and the hotel staff are the big winner of this hotel. It was so quiet and a little bit out of tourist spots but still not too far from them. Fontana delle Rane (Fountain of Frog) is literally at its door step and it’s a hidden gem! Galleria Borghese is about 15 min walk too. “Very good service! We were warmly greeted when check-in, they gave us a bottle of red wine for our honeymoon, and we had a lovely chat when check-out. The 5-stars service really makes the whole hotel stands out and impressive. “The service is terrible. The restaurant asked me to leave in 5mins while I had been waiting for my coffee for like 15mins. The neighbourhood was playing loud music until 3am but the hotel gave me a “nothing can help” attitude. I was trying extend my room, one manager told me it can be done but the other told me otherwise. ”

“我们一共定了十间房，去的时候少给我们一间房！！！酒店卫生条件还算凑合，但是位置很差离地铁也要走路很久，到TREVI Fountain要坐公车，公车等待时间很长，非常耽误时间。罗马那么多酒店，随便定其他市内三星都比这个好！！！最主要的问题，前台一个叫Boris经理态度及其恶劣。我会投诉。第一次碰到这么不配合客人的酒店经理。”

“Sehr einfach,ruhig,sauber...Personal immer hilfsbereit und sehr nett....Internet sehr gut. Bushaltestelle direkt vor Hotel. Metro 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Careffur Lebensmittelsupermarket in der nähe 24 Stunden am Tag geöffnet!!!( Nur kein Alkoholverkauf zw.22-05 Uhr) Zimmer sehr einfach aber alles nötiges ist da...Kühlschrank in Zimmer. Negative Nachteile-kein Wasserkocher in Zimmer und ab 7 Uhr ist laut wegen Putzfrauen in Flur und anderen Gäste,da Kantine auf gleiche Etage ist...Und Frühstück sehr……
