“Muy sencillo y antiguo el hotel. El ascensor no funciona. Por fortuna eran 3 pisos para subir con maletas. La habitación muy anticuada, el baño nada agradable. Tenía una ventana, con una vista muy fea , a un techo de una casa al lado. No había ni una silla, 1 solo gancho y closet muy estrecho. Muy anticuado. Nada de shampoo y con jabón pequeño de barra muy mala calidad.”

“Avoid!!! I arrived at about 5:30 at night, had a booking confirmed for over a week and NOBODY WAS THERE! Rang the bell, messaged and tried to call several times - no reply! People from the shops below were even trying to help me contact them. Finally Expedia customer service helped find me another place to stay, which was thankfully nearby, nicer and less expensive. I'm a pretty experienced traveler but this was kind of scary. I'm a woman, alone, in a new city and it was starting to get……

The only inconvenience was not being able to go out early for church service as the hotel was closed until 7.30am. A Comfortable stay in beautiful city that Cuenca turned out to be. ”
