“A little gem that we found when visiting Santa Maria. Nice hotel, clean and a great friendly staff. The hotel has nice bar with a continental breakfast. Orcutt is a nice little town. You can walk to 5 or 6 nice restaurants. Orcutt is also close to numerous wineries. Going back in a couple of weeks. ”

“The property grounds were very beautiful with a nice restaurant on site. They have a pool but it was closed during our stay. Our room was spacious with a wonderful large walk-in shower. Complimentary snacks, water, tea, and coffee were available in the room. The down side is the rooms are not noise proof. The guests next to us were loud and continued their conversations until after 2:00 AM! Very frustrating because check-out time is at 11:00Am. Also, there is a highway nearby, so if you prefer……

“Really enjoyed the property and the owner was great ”

“We loved the original intent of the hosts to create a very unique and comfortable getaway. Unfortunately guests are not always thoughtful in caring for vacation rentals and The Coop has not been maintained in the manner it deserves. Even though the rates charged are premium, it felt like we were staying in a second tier property. I felt like we had a good connection with the manager and reported several of our concerns. The response was “well no one has ever complained about that”.”
